Our technical facilities and competencies for the success and quality assurance of your project:
- Crane and logistics capacities: 2 x 50 ton double girder overhead travelling cranes, each with two trolleys with 10.5 m hook height. 2000 m² area accessible by crane. Auxiliary cranes 5 t and 3 x 2 ton.
- Testing and measuring equipment: No-load and load test benches for motors and drive systems up to 5 MW and up to 12 kV.
- Geometric, mechanical measurements.
- Machining and processing machines: mechanical processing and surface treatment of electrical machines.
Technical Services
Metrology services for industry. On-site and on-premise.
Absolute distance measurement with resolution of 0.1 μm and accuracy of 10 μm over typical working range of 320 m, powered by Leica Geosystems absolute laser trackers.
